Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir am Firmenstandort Wels ab sofort 1 EINKAUFSASSISTENZ (w/m/d) ab Herbst 2026

Ihre Aufgaben

* Bestellanforderung und Stücklisten im System einpflegen

* Artikel- und Lieferantenstammdaten erfassen und stetig aktualisieren

* Einholen von Angeboten bei unseren international angesiedelten Lieferanten und Preisvergleiche erstellen

* Schnittstelle zur Projektrealisierung sowie zu Technik und Vertrieb

* Lieferantenkorrespondenz hinsichtlich Leistung, Lieferzeit und Zahlungskonditionen

* Unterstützung bei der Klärung von Problemen mit Lieferanten und internen Projektleitern

* Reklamationen abwickeln.

* Mitglied im Telefonverbund

Fachliche Kompetenzen:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Mindestens 1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle

* Gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift

* Sehr gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse.

* Selbständige, genaue und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamplayer

* Hilfsbereit, engagiert und kommunikativ

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position richtet sich nach dem KV für Angestellte im Handel (Gehaltstabelle neu). Je nach konkreter Einstufung (Beschäftigungsgruppe und Berufsjahre) liegt das Mindestgehalt bei mindestens EUR 2.900,00 brutto (auf Vollzeitbasis) pro Monat und wird entsprechend Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung individuell gemeinsam festgelegt
