Denn wir suchen für unser Wohnhaus in Steyr, das im Februar 2026 eröffnet wurde, eine engagierte Einrichtungsleitung. In einer Phase, die von Neueinzug der Bewohner:innen, Teamentwicklung und dem Aufbau gemeinsamer Strukturen geprägt ist, übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team schaffst du ein Umfeld, das Begleitung und ein wertschätzendes Miteinander vereint.

Dein Monatsgehalt richtet sich nach dem Kollektivvertrag SWÖ (37 Wochenstunden) und liegt - abhängig von Vordienstzeiten - bei mindestens € 3.583,00 brutto/Monat zzgl. Leitungs- und SEG-Zulage.

Deine Aufgaben

Leitung und Verantwortung Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für die Einrichtung und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team für einen verlässlichen, gut organisierten Alltag.

Team & Zusammenarbeit Du führst dein Team im Alltag, begleitest Mitarbeitende in ihrer Entwicklung und stärkst eine Kultur von Vertrauen, Respekt und Zusammenhalt.

Qualität & Begleitung Du stellst eine hochwertige, personenzentrierte Begleitung der Bewohner sicher und behältst die Qualität in Betreuung und Dokumentation im Blick.

Zusammenarbeit & Netzwerk Du arbeitest eng mit Angehörigen, gesetzlichen Vertretungen, Behörden und Partner zusammen und sorgst für eine gute Vernetzung rund um die Bewohner.

Deine Kompetenzen

* Fachliche Qualifikation & Erfahrung ** Ausbildung im Sozialbereich (z. B. Dipl.-Fachsozialbetreuung, Sozialpädagogik, Pflege oder Facheinschlägiges Studium) ** Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit intellektueller Beeinträchtigung * Führungsqualitäten & Persönlichkeit ** Führungserfahrung & -kompetenz ** soziale Stärke ** Kommunikationsfreude & ein Herz für Menschen * Entwicklung & Haltung ** Lust auf Entwicklung - bei dir und anderen
