Wir suchen 1 Einrichtungsleitung (m/w/x)/ Andritz/ Kinderbildung Nordberggasse Dein Beitrag bei uns

* Du führst dein Team klar und wertschätzend, setzt gemeinsam Prioritäten, moderierst Teamsitzungen und begleitest Mitarbeiter:innen in ihrer Entwicklung.

* Gemeinsam mit deinem Team entwickelst du die pädagogische Konzeption der Einrichtung weiter, übersetzt Ziele in den Alltag und reflektierst regelmäßig deren Wirkung.

* Du planst Personaleinsatz und Abläufe, sorgst auch bei kurzfristigen Ausfällen für verlässliche Lösungen und behältst Termine, Ressourcen, Dokumentation und Qualität im Blick.

* Du gestaltest eine vertrauensvolle Bildungspartnerschaft mit Eltern und führst auch anspruchsvolle Gespräche klar, respektvoll und lösungsorientiert.

* Du sorgst dafür, dass Kinderschutz, Aufsichtspflicht, Datenschutz sowie interne und gesetzliche Vorgaben im Alltag verlässlich umgesetzt werden.

* Du verbindest dein Team mit den zentralen Fachbereichen im GiP-Office, Behörden und externen Fachstellen und sorgst dafür, dass relevante Informationen an der richtigen Stelle ankommen.

Du bringst mit

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der Elementarpädagogik (u.a. BAfEP, Kolleg, Studium)

* mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Elementarpädagogin Elementarpädagoge

* Begeisterung für die Arbeit mit Kindern und Familien

* Fortbildungs- und Entwicklungsbereitschaft

* Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an Organisation und strategischer Planung

* Motivation, gemeinsam mit deinem Team qualitätsvolle Bildungsziele zu erarbeiten
