Wir suchen dringend zum sofortigen Eintritt 1 Einsteiger_in und erfahrene Projektleiter_in Elektrotechnik im Bereich Arbeitsvorbereitung und Projektabwicklung Um weiterhin in gewohnter 1a Qualität unsere Kunden weltweit zu bedienen ist eine perfekte, reibungslose und reklamationsfreie Produktion unserer Schaltanlagen unabdingbar.

Ihre Aufgaben sind:

* Projektbegleitung: Technische und kaufmännische Betreuung von Trafostationsprojekten von der Anfrage bis zur Fertigstellung.

* Angebotsmanagement: Prüfung von Kundenanfragen und Ausschreibungen sowie Erstellung und Koordination von Angeboten mit Vertrieb und Technik.

* Technische Koordination: Abstimmung mit Kunden, Planern, Netzbetreibern und Lieferanten sowie Erarbeitung und Koordination von Stationskonzepten.

* Projektsteuerung: Koordination von Unterlagen, Stücklisten, Prüfungen und Abnahmen sowie Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten, Qualität und Projektfortschritt.

* Weiterentwicklung: Technische Bearbeitung von Änderungen und Nachträgen sowie Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung geprüfter Kompakt- und Trafostationen.

Sie sind/haben:

* Berufserfahrung: Erfahrung mit Trafostationen, Mittelspannung, Energietechnik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld von Vorteil.

* Fachkenntnisse: Verständnis für Mittelspannungstechnik, Trafostationen, deren Komponenten sowie relevante Normen und Richtlinien von Vorteil.

* Projekt- und Arbeitsweise: Erfahrung in der technischen Projektabwicklung sowie selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.

* Kommunikation & IT: Gute Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit, sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, CAD-Kenntnisse von Vorteil; gute Deutsch- und idealerweise Englischkenntnisse.

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH), LAP oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position von Vorteil

* Englisch von Vorteil

* Ausgezeichnete EDV-Kenntnisse

* Freude im Umgang mit Menschen

* Selbstsicheres, natürliches und gepflegtes Auftreten, Flexibilität und hohe Stressresistenz

* Sehr gutes Organisationstalent mit Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie eine hohe Arbeitsgenauigkeit
