Um den Anforderungen des Marktes gerecht zu werden, suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Produktionsstandort Herz Rohrbach, Betriebsstraße 4, 3163 Rohrbach/Gölsen zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt 1 Einsteller_in (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben:

* Einrichten & Umrüsten: Selbstständiges Einrichten und Umrüsten unserer Produktionsanlagen

* Störungsbehebung: Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen

* Optimierung: Anlagenoptimierung sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung laufender Prozesse

* Wartung: Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an unseren Produktionsanlagen

Wir erwarten:

* Abgeschlossene technische oder mechanische Ausbildung

* Berufserfahrung in einem Industriebetrieb

* Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis

* Sicherer Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln

* Bereitschaft zum wechselnden Schichtbetrieb

* Teamgeist und Belastbarkeit

* Einsatzbereitschaft, Motivation und Flexibilität

* Deutschkenntnisse entsprechend der Tätigkeit

* Eigenes Fahrzeug zur Erreichung des Arbeitsortes

* Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
