The posting

You will support the workshop team in the daily maintenance, preparation, and organization of our fleet of electric mopeds. You will work closely with experienced mechanics and gain hands-on experience in a high-traffic electric mobility environment. This position combines practical workshop work, on-the-job training, and operational rigor. Main responsibilities: Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on electric mopeds (mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems). Work efficiently, accurately, and cleanly, demonstrating speed and attention to detail. Quickly identify problems and implement sustainable, high-quality solutions. Contribute to preparing vehicles for daily use by customers. Support colleagues with complex repairs, when necessary. Ensure that each vehicle meets all standards before being returned to service. Accurately record all repairs and maintenance work in the CRM/workshop application, including: Parts replaced. Clear descriptions of work performed.

Vous épaulerez l'équipe d'atelier dans la maintenance, la préparation et l'organisation quotidiennes de notre flotte de cyclomoteurs électriques. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec des mécaniciens expérimentés et acquerrez une expérience pratique au sein d'un environnement de mobilité électrique à forte utilisation.

Ce poste combine travail pratique en atelier, apprentissage sur le terrain et rigueur opérationnelle.

Principales responsabilités :

Effectuer la maintenance, le diagnostic et les réparations des cyclomoteurs électriques (systèmes mécaniques, électriques et électroniques).

Travailler efficacement, avec précision et propreté, en faisant preuve de rapidité et de minutie.

Identifier rapidement les problèmes et appliquer des solutions durables et de haute qualité.

Contribuer à la préparation des véhicules pour leur utilisation quotidienne par les clients.

Apporter votre soutien aux collègues pour les réparations complexes, le cas échéant.

S'assurer que chaque véhicule est conforme aux normes avant sa remise en service.

Consigner avec précision toutes les réparations et interventions de maintenance dans le CRM/l'application atelier, notamment :

Pièces remplacées.

Descriptions claires des travaux effectués.

We are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

Required :

  • Solid experience as a mechanic, ideally with: Electric vehicles, mopeds, motorcycles, or similar.
  • Strong skills in: Mechanical systems. Electrical systems. Basic electronics.
  • High level of precision, speed, and quality awareness.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Well-organized and methodical.
  • Comfortable using computers for: CRM systems. Email communication. Basic reporting.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Languages: English required, French or Dutch is a plus.

Nice to Have :

  • Experience working in a fleet or high-utilisation environment.

Driving licence:

  • A valid Category B driving licence is required, as some tasks involve driving a company van.

Maîtrise des outils informatiques pour : les systèmes CRM, la communication par courriel et la rédaction de rapports. Bonnes aptitudes à la communication et esprit d'équipe. Langues : Anglais requis, le français ou le néerlandais sont un atout. Atouts : Expérience de travail au sein d'une flotte de véhicules ou dans un environnement à forte utilisation. Permis de conduire : Un permis de conduire de catégorie B valide est requis, car certaines tâches impliquent la conduite d'un véhicule de société.
