The posting

Voor een grootschalig industrieel project in de Antwerpse petrochemie zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Electrical Commissioning Supervisor.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging en coördinatie van de elektrische commissioningactiviteiten op de site. Je bewaakt de veilige en correcte overgang van construction naar commissioning en uiteindelijk naar start-up en handover.

We zoeken iemand die vertrouwd is met petrochemische installaties en complexe industriële projecten en die de typische commissioningprocessen, documentatie en terminologie kent.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Coördineren en superviseren van Electrical Commissioning werkzaamheden op de site
  • Opvolgen van de overgang van Mechanical Completion naar Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning en Ready for Start-Up
  • Controleren of elektrische installaties conform engineeringdocumentatie, specificaties en geldende normen zijn uitgevoerd
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van inspecties, functionele testen en energization activities
  • Uitvoeren en opvolgen van onder andere insulation resistance tests, continuity checks, functional tests en protection tests
  • Coördineren van energization van LV- en MV-installaties volgens de geldende procedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Opvolgen van MCC's, switchgear, transformatoren, UPS-systemen, elektrische motoren, VFD's en andere elektrische equipment
  • Controleren van Single Line Diagrams, schematics, datasheets, cable schedules en andere technische documentatie
  • Opvolgen van punch items en bewaken dat openstaande punten tijdig worden afgewerkt
  • Controleren en opvolgen van commissioning dossiers, test records, check sheets en turnover packages
  • Coördineren van contractors, technicians, vendors en andere betrokken disciplines op de werf
  • Afstemmen met Construction, E&I, Instrumentation, Process, Operations en andere commissioningdisciplines
  • Deelnemen aan walkdowns en systeeminspecties voor turnover en handover
  • Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en voortgang van de Electrical Commissioning activiteiten
  • Toezien op correcte toepassing van PTW, LOTO en andere site safety procedures
  • Rapporteren van technische problemen, afwijkingen en voortgang aan de Commissioning Manager
  • Ondersteunen van troubleshooting tijdens commissioning en start-up
  • Technische opleiding binnen Elektriciteit, Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Aantoonbare ervaring als Electrical Commissioning Supervisor, Electrical Supervisor of in een vergelijkbare functie
  • Ervaring binnen petrochemie, chemie, raffinaderijen, oil & gas of een vergelijkbare procesindustriële omgeving
  • Goede kennis van industriële elektrische installaties, waaronder LV/MV, MCC's, switchgear, transformatoren, UPS-systemen, VFD's en motoren
  • Vertrouwd met commissioningprocessen zoals Mechanical Completion, energization, functional testing, punch listing, turnover en handover
  • Kennis van ATEX, hazardous areas, PTW en LOTO
  • Ervaring met het lezen en beoordelen van Single Line Diagrams, elektrische schema's en technische documentatie
  • In staat om contractors en technicians op de werf technisch aan te sturen en commissioningactiviteiten te coördineren
  • Goede kennis van het Engels
