The posting

Voor een technisch hoogstaande industriële omgeving zijn wij op zoek naar een Electrical Designer (E&I). In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen en uitwerken van elektrische installaties, instrumentatie- en automatisatieoplossingen. Je vertaalt technische behoeften naar concrete ontwerpen en zorgt ervoor dat deze voldoen aan de geldende normen, veiligheidsvereisten en operationele doelstellingen.

Je werkt nauw samen met projectingenieurs, techniekers en andere stakeholders en draagt bij aan projecten met een grote maatschappelijke en technologische impact.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Voorbereiden van ontwerp- en tekenopdrachten.
  • Verzamelen en analyseren van technische gegevens en bestaande documentatie.
  • Uitvoeren van opmetingen op locatie.
  • Uitwerken van technische concepten tot uitvoerings- en as-built tekeningen.
  • Opmaken van elektrische schema's, kabelschema's, kastlay-outs, P&ID's en technische plannen.
  • Uitvoeren van technische berekeningen, zoals kabeldimensionering en materiaalkeuze.
  • Selecteren van elektrische componenten en instrumentatie.
  • Opvolgen en beheren van technische tekeningen en documentatie.
  • Registreren en actualiseren van ontwerpgegevens in de daarvoor voorziene systemen.
  • Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van technische dossiers, lastenboeken en prijsaanvragen.
  • Beantwoorden van technische vragen van interne en externe partijen.
  • Meehelpen bij het opstellen en controleren van CE-, constructie- en MOC-dossiers.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in een technische richting (Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit, Energietechnologie, Automatisering, Elektronica-ICT, ...) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het ontwerpen en uittekenen van elektrische installaties.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van elektriciteit, instrumentatie en automatisatiehardware.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met AREI.
  • Je hebt ervaring met AutoCAD en/of EPLAN.
  • Kennis van Caneco is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van glasvezelnetwerken en datacommunicatie is een meerwaarde.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.

  • Ervaring binnen een sterk gereguleerde industriële omgeving.
  • Kennis van CE-dossiers, constructiedossiers en wijzigingsbeheer (MOC).

Bachelor in een elektrotechnische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Minstens 2 jaar ervaring als Electrical Designer of E&I Designer. Goede kennis van elektriciteit, instrumentatie, automatisatiehardware, AREI en EPLAN/AutoCAD. Nauwkeurig, analytisch en communicatief sterk. Goede kennis van het Nederlands. BA4 is een plus.
