WHAT YOU WILL DO * Design, develop, and maintain electrical and electronic circuits throughout all phases of the product lifecycle. * Drive component selection, circuit development, design verification, testing, and evaluation of control systems for our products. * Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary engineering team, including electrical, mechanical, and software engineers, technical support specialists, productivity engineers, and external suppliers, to design, develop, and enhance custom and OEM components. * Develop, execute, and analyze test plans and procedures to ensure technical and operational requirements are fully met, validated, and documented. * Collect, evaluate, and present technical data and findings to support informed decision-making during design, project, and program reviews.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Master's degree in Electronics Engineering with 3+ relevant professional experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5+ professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience. * Hands-on experience in the application of power electronics and control technologies for industrial automation and control systems. * Proficiency in CAD tools for electrical circuit design, documentation, and simulation, such as EPLAN, ZUKEN, ORCAD, or equivalent platforms. * Strong understanding of AC and DC power distribution systems and their application in industrial environments. * Comprehensive knowledge of electrical control system architectures, system integration principles, and control system applications. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate across multidisciplinary teams. * Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

* Demonstrated experience with industrial communication protocols and fieldbus technologies, such as EtherCAT and Ethernet-based networks, as well as measurement and control systems. * Ability to drive functional requirements from definition through implementation and validation in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment. * Strong understanding of Design for Reliability (DfR), Design for Manufacturability (DfM), and Design for Serviceability (DfS) principles. * Highly proficient in troubleshooting complex systems using tools such as network sniffers, protocol analyzers, and diagnostic log analysis. * Experienced in structured root-cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies, including 5 Whys, 8D, Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams, and related techniques. * Demonstrates a collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in understanding the challenges, constraints, and design considerations of other engineering disciplines to enable robust system-level solutions.

A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
