Voor een producent van buizen, koppelingen en toebehoren in Herentals, zoeken we een elektrotechnisch ingenieur / ontwerper.

Als Electrical Engineer & Designer ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het elektrisch ontwerp voor machines, installaties en stuur-& verdeelborden.

Je vertaalt technische vereisten naar heldere schema's, nauwkeurige documentatie en veilige, conforme installaties. Met jouw expertise in EPLAN en kennis van relevante normen zorg je voor betrouwbare en veilige oplossingen binnen industriële projecten.

In latere fase wordt je mede-verantwoordelijk voor de LV en HV installaties in de plant en zorg je ervoor dat deze blijven voldoen aan de wettelijke vereisten.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Uitwerken van elektrische schema's in EPLAN (P8) en onderhouden van EPLAN-standaarden;
  • Opstellen, beheren en vervolledigen van technische documentatie en as-built dossiers;
  • Voorbereiden van documentatie voor bordenbouw, inclusief kastlay-outs en stuklijsten;
  • Ontwerp en engineering van (wijzigingen aan) elektrische installaties, machines en stuurborden;
  • Selecteren van geschikte componenten volgens technische vereisten en geldende normen;
  • Verwerken van wijzigingen in lopende projecten en nauwkeurig documentbeheer;
  • Uitvoeren van algemeen administratief tekenwerk binnen het engineering- en onderhoudsproces;
  • Zorg dragen voor nodige keuringen van LV en HV installaties in de plant.

Het bedrijf zoekt iemand met dit profiel:

  • Hoger technisch diploma in elektrotechniek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring voor kandidaten met sterke praktijkkennis;
  • Parate kennis van het AREI en de Machinerichtlijn +andere relevante en aanverwante normen (EN 60204 – elektrische uitrusting van machines / ISO 12100 - risicobeoordeling / ISO 13849/ IEC62061 -functionele veiligheid) ...);
  • Ervaring met EPLAN (P8), Inventor . Als plus heb je een basiskennis van Caneco & Systema of bent bereid dit te ontwikkelen;
  • Analytisch, nauwkeurig en sterk in probleemoplossend denken;
  • Hands-on mentaliteit met oog voor detail;
  • Communicatief sterk en in staat om technische informatie helder over te brengen;
  • Proactief in het signaleren van risico's, fouten en optimalisaties;
  • Gestructureerd in documentatie, planning en werken binnen normenkaders.
