Met honderden medewerkers en internationale vestigingen combineren ze schaalgrootte met een sterke engineeringcultuur. Alles wordt inhouse ontwikkeld en geproduceerd, wat zorgt voor technische diepgang en kwaliteit tot in de kleinste details. Tegelijk kom je terecht in een omgeving waar samenwerking, initiatief en persoonlijke groei centraal staan.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Electrical Engineering Manager stuur je een team van engineers aan en zorg je voor een efficiënte planning en duidelijke prioriteiten binnen lopende projecten
  • Daarnaast bewaak je de kwaliteit en uniformiteit van elektrische ontwerpen en bied je ondersteuning bij technische optimalisaties
  • Verder werk je nauw samen met andere afdelingen en zorg je voor een vlotte afstemming binnen het bredere engineeringteam
  • Ook volg je de voortgang en efficiëntie van het team op en stuur je bij waar nodig om doelstellingen te behalen
  • Tot slot coach en ontwikkel je je teamleden en creëer je een omgeving waarin kennisdeling en groei centraal staan
  • Je beschikt over een hoger technisch diploma en hebt meerdere jaren ervaring binnen electrical engineering
  • Daarnaast heb je bij voorkeur reeds ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol
  • Tot slot combineer je een coachende aanpak met besluitvaardigheid en een duidelijke communicatiestijl
