Onze partner uit regio Roeselare is een internationale industriële groep op zoek naar een teamleader die de elektrische onderhoudsafdeling mee vormgeeft en ondersteunt in hun technologische groei.

Deze vestiging maakt deel uit van een wereldspeler in metaaloplossingen en is gekend voor zijn focus op duurzaamheid en circulaire productie. De groep telt wereldwijd meer dan 30.000 medewerkers, verspreid over ruim 100 locaties.

De site zelf telt enkele honderden medewerkers en specialiseert zich in de productie van grote en technisch complexe metalen profielen voor industriële toepassingen zoals transport, machinebouw en assemblagebedrijven. Dankzij een ambitieus investeringsprogramma worden zowel het machinepark als de interne processen vernieuwd. De combinatie van lokale expertise, doorgedreven automatisering en internationale slagkracht maakt dit een unieke opportuniteit voor een technisch leider met visie. Hierdoor gaan ze op zoek naar een Electrical Maintenance Teamleader.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Samen met de maintenance manager geef je richting aan het elektrisch onderhoud en leid je een ervaren team
  • Je zorgt voor de planning en werkvoorbereiding van curatief en preventief elektrotechnisch onderhoud
  • Daarnaast bereid je elektrotechnische projecten voor en werk je ze uit in samenwerking met andere afdelingen
  • Je staat in voor het oplossen van elektrische storingen en defecten
  • Verder ondersteun en coach je je team tijdens de uitvoering van hun onderhoudstaken
  • Je volgt vergunnings- en keuringsprocedures op en houdt elektrische schema’s up-to-date
  • Alsook werk je actief verbeteringsvoorstellen uit rond elektrische installaties en processen
  • Tot slot draag je bij aan de digitalisatie van de onderhoudsprocessen en spring je in als back-up voor collega-teamleiders
  • Je behaalde een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in elektriciteit, elektrotechniek, elektromechanica of een vergelijkbare richting
  • Bij voorkeur heb je al ervaring met elektrisch onderhoud in een industriële context
  • Daarnaast ben je organisatorisch sterk en werk je probleemoplossend in stressvolle situaties
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een basiskennis Engels #engineering2
