Jobomschrijving

Als Teamleader Electrical Utilities ben jij hét schakelpunt voor alles wat te maken heeft met onze elektrische nutsvoorzieningen. Van hoog- en laagspanning tot optimalisaties en procesverbeteringen: jij zorgt ervoor dat onze installaties veilig, betrouwbaar en futureproof blijven draaien.

Eerst volg je de werken op de werf mee op, om daarna de leiding te nemen over het team Electrical Utilities.

Dus: ben jij klaar om verantwoordelijkheid te dragen, ideeën om te zetten in slimme oplossingen én mee te bouwen aan een fabriek die bruist van technologie en innovatie? Dan ben jij misschien wel de flessenier die wij zoeken!

Wat ga je doen?

Teamwork & leiderschap

  • Je leidt, coacht en motiveert het team Elektrische Nutsvoorzieningen.
  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse activiteiten en biedt technische ondersteuning.
  • Je zorgt voor optimaal onderhoud en opvolging van elektrische installaties, hoog- en laagspanning en nutsvoorzieningen.

Probleemoplosser & innovator

  • Je analyseert storingen en zorgt voor structurele oplossingen.
  • Je denkt mee over procesoptimalisaties en investeringsprojecten.
  • Je begeleidt externe partijen bij uitbreidingen, aanpassingen en inbedrijfstellingen.

Veiligheid & kwaliteit

  • Je garandeert dat alle wettelijke, milieutechnische en veiligheidsregels worden nageleefd.
  • Je stelt onderhoudsplannen en inspecties op en waakt over de uitvoering.
  • Je zorgt voor heldere technische documentatie en kennisdeling.

Wat neem jij mee?

  • Een technisch diploma (bachelor Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring met industriële elektrische installaties/utilities.
  • Diepgaande kennis van hoogspanning, laagspanning, distributie, beveiliging.
  • Bekend met onderhoudsmethodieken, storingsanalyse en optimalisatietrajecten.
  • Sterke kennis van wet- en regelgeving rond elektriciteit, veiligheid en milieu.
  • Vlot communiceren in Nederlands én Engels.
  • Een analytische geest, gestructureerde aanpak en proactieve drive.
  • Ervaring met onderhoudssoftware (ERP/CMMS) is een plus.
  • Een coachende, overtuigende leiderschapsstijl en een hands-on mentaliteit.
