Was sind deine Aufgaben bei uns?

* Aufbau, Strukturierung und Weiterentwicklung des technischen Einkaufs

* Entwicklung und Implementierung effizienter Einkaufsprozesse und -strategien

* strategische Beschaffung von Komponenten den Bereichen Photovoltaik, Batteriespeicher, Ladeinfrastruktur, Elektrotechnik, Stahlbau und Unterkonstruktion

* Auswahl, Bewertung und Entwicklung von Lieferanten (national & international)

* Führung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen

* Sicherstellung von Qualität, Lieferfähigkeit und Kostenoptimierung

* enge Zusammenarbeit mit Technik, Projektmanagement und Geschäftsführung

* Einführung und Optimierung von ERP-gestützten Einkaufsprozessen

* Aufbau von Kennzahlen (KPIs) zur Steuerung des Einkaufs

* Führung des bestehenden Einkaufsteams (zwei Personen)

Wenn du Folgendes mitbringst, bist du bei uns richtig verbunden:

* abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Einkauf, idealerweise im Umfeld erneuerbare Energien, Bau oder Infrastruktur

* Erfahrung im Aufbau von Strukturen und Prozessen

* starkes technisches Verständnis sowie analytische Denkweise

* Verhandlungsstärke und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit

* unternehmerisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität

* sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen

* sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

* Für diese Position ist ein Mindestgehalt von € 5.000,-- brutto/Monat bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung vorgesehen. Die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist je nach Ausbildung und Erfahrung vorhanden. Ein Firmenfahrzeug mit Privatnutzung als individueller Gehaltsbestandteil ist möglich. Das Gehaltspaket wird im persönlichen Gespräch vereinbart.
