The posting

Onze nieuwe collega zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor één of meer van onze 50 onderzoek-installaties. Hij/zij zal deelnemen aan diverse onderzoeks- en ontwikkelingstests op de installatie die hem/haar ter beschikking wordt gesteld.

Meer specifiek kan het dagelijkse werk bestaan uit:

  • Het uitvoeren van tests in de windtunnels
  • Het assembleren, voorbereiden en monteren van testinstallatie ‘s (inclusief instrumentatie en kalibratie, in samenwerking met de verantwoordelijke)
  • Het organiseren en superviseren van wijzigingen aan de toegewezen installaties, rekening houdend met de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Het uitvoeren van onderhoud, reparaties en bediening van de installaties.
  • Technische problemen doorgeven aan de coördinator en oplossingen voorstellen.
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan experimentele onderzoekers (stagiaires, kandidaten voor een Research Master, onderzoek ingenieurs en PhD's)
  • Aankoopaanvragen indienen en bestelbonnen opstellen op basis van de behoeften
  • Samen met je teamleden zorg je ervoor dat de werkomgeving schoon en netjes blijft
  • Technisch diploma in (elektro-)mechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring met preventief onderhoud en reparatie van installaties
  • Goede kennis van technische tekeningen en elektromechanica
  • Basiskennis van informatica
  • Teamspirit in een internationale werkomgeving
  • Frans of Nederlands is vereist. Engels is een pluspunt.
