Locatie: Lokeren

De Block Verhuur beschikt over een uitgebreid en modern machinepark met onder andere grondverzetmachines, hoogwerkers, verreikers en andere gespecialiseerde verhuurmachines. Machines worden bovendien steeds slimmer en complexer: elektronica, sensoren, CAN-bus, GPS-sturing en machinebesturing spelen een almaar grotere rol.

Om onze technische dienst verder te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Electro technieker binnendienst die zich specialiseert in het opsporen en oplossen van elektrische en elektronische storingen.

Jouw functie

Als Electro technieker ben jij binnen onze technische dienst één van de specialisten voor alles wat met elektriciteit, elektronica en elektronische machinebesturing te maken heeft.

Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit onze werkplaats in Lokeren en ondersteunt je collega's bij technische problemen die verder gaan dan de klassieke mechanische herstelling.

Concreet sta je onder andere in voor:

  • Het opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van elektrische en elektronische storingen aan onze verhuurmachines.
  • Het uitvoeren van diagnoses aan de hand van elektrische schema's, meetapparatuur en diagnosesoftware.
  • Het controleren en herstellen van bekabeling, sensoren, stuurmodules, relais, schakelaars en andere elektrische componenten.
  • Het uitlezen van foutcodes en interpreteren van storingen in elektronische besturingssystemen.
  • Het ondersteunen van onze techniekers wanneer zij geconfronteerd worden met complexere elektrische of elektronische problemen.
  • Diagnose en probleemoplossing aan onze GPS-gestuurde grondverzetmachines en machinebesturingssystemen.
  • Het controleren en herstellen van GPS-componenten, bekabeling, sensoren en communicatie tussen verschillende systemen.
  • Waar nodig contact opnemen met leveranciers of technische ondersteuning van fabrikanten om complexe problemen efficiënt op te lossen.
  • Mee nadenken over structurele oplossingen wanneer bepaalde elektrische storingen regelmatig terugkomen.

Je werkt aan een zeer gevarieerd machinepark. Geen dag ziet er hetzelfde uit: het ene moment zoek je een storing aan een hoogwerker, het volgende moment werk je aan de elektronische besturing van een graafmachine, bulldozer of GPS-systeem.

We zoeken vooral iemand die graag problemen analyseert en storingen écht wil begrijpen.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding in elektriciteit, elektromechanica, elektronica, autotechnieken of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van elektriciteit en elektronica.
  • Je kan elektrische schema's lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je kan vlot werken met een multimeter en andere diagnoseapparatuur.
  • Kennis van CAN-bus, sensortechniek, voertuig- of machine-elektronica is een belangrijke troef.
  • Ervaring met bouwmachines, landbouwmachines, vrachtwagens, industriële voertuigen of automotive is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met GPS-machinebesturing is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute vereiste. Interesse en technisch inzicht zijn minstens even belangrijk.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en gaat systematisch op zoek naar de oorzaak van een storing.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een technische ploeg.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en steekt graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen.
