The posting

Pour renforcer son équipe de maintenance, notre client recherche un Électromécanicien expérimenté. Il s'agit d'un poste à forte dominante mécanique, destiné à une personne autonome, organisée et capable de comprendre le fonctionnement global d'une installation afin d'anticiper les interventions plutôt que de simplement réagir aux pannes.

  • Réaliser les opérations de maintenance préventive et curative sur les équipements de production ;
  • Effectuer les interventions mécaniques : remplacement de paliers, axes, moteurs et courroies, tension et remplacement de chaînes, réglages mécaniques, etc. ;
  • Intervenir sur les équipements automatisés, diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements et déterminer les interventions nécessaires ;
  • Effectuer le remplacement et le paramétrage de cellules, capteurs et moteurs ;
  • Participer au montage, à l'adaptation, au démarrage et à la mise au point de nouvelles installations ;
  • Réaliser des travaux de soudure lorsque cela est nécessaire ;
  • Assurer la maintenance mécanique fine des équipements liés à l'application de colle PU et des pompes haute pression. Des formations spécifiques et adaptées à ces équipements sont prévues en interne afin de permettre la maîtrise de leur maintenance et de leur fonctionnement.
  • Planifier et anticiper les entretiens et interventions afin de limiter les arrêts de production ;
  • Enregistrer et assurer le suivi de vos interventions dans notre GMAO ;
  • Collaborer avec les opérateurs de production et leur apporter un soutien en cas de problème technique ;

Nous recherchons avant tout un électromécanicien expérimenté, disposant d'une réelle maîtrise de la mécanique industrielle.

  • Vous disposez d'une formation technique en électromécanique, mécanique industrielle, maintenance ou d'une expérience équivalente ;
  • Vous possédez une expérience significative en maintenance industrielle ;
  • Vous disposez de connaissances en électricité et en électromécanique vous permettant de comprendre une installation, d'établir un diagnostic et d'intervenir sur certains composants. Des connaissances de base dans ces domaines sont suffisantes : le poste est principalement orienté vers la mécanique, avec l'appui du service de maintenance électrotechnique pour les interventions nécessitant des compétences électriques plus spécifiques.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les environnements automatisés et possédez un véritable esprit de mécanicien-automaticien, particulièrement utile pour les réglages mécaniques fins ;
  • Vous possédez des connaissances de base en soudure, suffisantes pour réaliser des réparations ou dépannages ponctuels ;
  • Vous êtes particulièrement autonome, méthodique et organisé ;
  • Vous êtes capable d'anticiper les besoins de maintenance, de préparer vos interventions et d'établir vos priorités ;
