Notre partenaire situé dans la région de Wavre est à la recherche d'un technicien électromécanicien H / F

CDI – Travail en 3 pauses (matin ; après-midi ; nuit)

Au sein du département maintenance, vous aurez pour principale mission de vous assurer que le matériel

réponde aux normes en vigueur en effectuant la calibration (des processus, de sécurité) des appareils, la qualification des installations et assurer la continuité de la production par des dépannages au niveau électrique.

Tâches:

Rattaché hiérarchiquement au superviseur maintenance, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Participer à la mise en œuvre du plan de maintenance du site qui comprend :
  • Les entretiens préventifs des outils de production (cuves, pompes, distillateurs...) et des utilités (HVAC, groupes froid, air comprimé, eau purifiée...)
  • Le programme d'étalonnage (mesures de température, pression, humidité...)
  • Réaliser des travaux en atelier (reconditionnement de vannes, pompes, garnitures mécaniques, moteurs, tuyauterie, chaudronnerie...)
  • Dépanner les installations de l'ensemble du site
  • En collaboration avec les équipes de production, réaliser des montages et démontages d'équipements (setups)
  • Participer activement à l'amélioration continue du plan de maintenance
  • Participer activement à l'amélioration de la sécurité et de la qualité des opérations de maintenance
  • Participer à la mise en service des nouvelles installations

Profil:

  • De formation minimum technicien spécialisé en maintenance ou électromécanique, vous avez acquis une première expérience sur une fonction similaire dans le secteur industriel, idéalement chimique, pharmaceutique ou agro-alimentaire.
  • Vous disposez de compétences importantes en électricité et mécanique. Vous avez également de bonnes capacités à l'utilisation d'une GMAO.
  • Vous connaissez idéalement les règles qualité BPF, CGMP et SHE ainsi que les règles importantes de sécurité qu'impose un site chimique.
