Pour une entreprise active dans le secteur agroalimentaire, Forum Food Mouscron recherche un(e) technicien(ne) de maintenance.

Vos missions principales :

  • Réaliser des contrôles visuels des armoires électriques, moteurs électriques, électrovannes, actionneurs, capteurs ainsi que du câblage en général.
  • Appliquer et faire respecter les procédures internes et les règles de sécurité, en conformité stricte avec les protocoles alimentaires et de sécurité.
  • Assurer la surveillance régulière des équipements, diagnostiquer les pannes et intervenir sur les équipements défectueux (démontage, réparation, remontage), ainsi que participer à l’installation et aux essais de nouvelles machines.
  • Exécuter l’ensemble des travaux dans le respect des normes, procédures et exigences légales et réglementaires en vigueur au sein de l’entreprise.
  • Participer, si nécessaire, aux analyses de causes racines (RCA) et aux analyses de défaillances, ainsi qu’aux démarches d’amélioration continue de type Lean.
  • Contribuer activement à l’optimisation de la fiabilité et de la disponibilité des équipements de production.
  • Rédiger des rapports d’intervention, clôturer les ordres de travail (WO) et assurer la mise à jour et le suivi des dossiers de maintenance.
  • Lire, comprendre et exploiter les documents techniques tels que les manuels d’utilisation et de maintenance.
  • Réaliser les opérations de maintenance préventive selon le planning établi.
  • Diplôme de technicien requis ou expérience équivalente reconnue.
  • Solide connaissance des équipements électriques et des systèmes de distribution d’énergie.
  • Capacité à lire, interpréter et exploiter des schémas électriques, ainsi qu’à réaliser l’assemblage à partir de plans techniques.
