The posting

Als (elektro)mechanieker zal je de klanten bijstaan binnen hun machinepark. Je bent de verantwoordelijke expert voor het onderhoud en de herstelling van machines en installaties. Elektrische kennis is een pluspunt. Dit met de technische ondersteuning van ons studiebureau gelegen te Deinze. Heb je een technische vraag of merk je bij een depannage dat er stukken of een technieker tekort komen? Dan krijg je ondersteuning van ons bureau in Deinze.

Je krijgt een afwisselend takenpakket:

  • Mechanisch en elektrisch onderhoud aan industriële installaties en machines.
  • Storingen opsporen en oplossen om productiestilstanden te vermijden.
  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren volgens een vast schema.
  • Mechanische herstellingen en vervangingen van onderdelen zoals lagers, tandwielen en motoren.
  • Elektrische depannages uitvoeren indien je over de nodige kennis beschikt.
  • Je hebt een diploma in elektromechanica, mechanica of een gelijkaardige richting. Of je hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Met je kennis van pneumatica, hydraulica, elektromechanica en mechanica los je zo snel en efficiënt mogelijk stilstanden van de machine op, of voorkom je stilstand. Of je bent bereid om dit te leren.
  • Je hebt kennis van mechanische systemen (lagers, pompen, kettingen, assen, pneumatiek en hydraulica)
  • Elektrische kennis is een pluspunt (elektrische schema's lezen, basis storingsanalyse).
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en kan probleemoplossend denken.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om op verschillende locaties bij klanten te werken.
  • Taal: Nederlands goed tot zeer goed (Frans of Engels is een extra troef)
