Quality Engineer (Electronica) Ben jij gepassioneerd over het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van elektronische producten en wil je een belangrijke schakel zijn tussen de kwaliteitsafdeling en klanten? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou. Verantwoordelijkheden Als Electronics Quality Engineer ben je betrokken bij de volledige levenscyclus van een product: van ontwikkeling tot serieproductie en de end-of-life fase. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt op het gebied van kwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat aan de eisen van klanten wordt voldaan, processen continu worden verbeterd en de betrouwbaarheid van producten op de lange termijn wordt gewaarborgd. In deze functie ga je onder andere: Kwaliteitsoverleggen leiden met zowel interne teams als klanten. Klanteisen vertalen naar concrete acties binnen de organisatie. Waarborgen dat nieuwe producten (NPI) vanaf de ontwerpfase tot en met productie voldoen aan de gestelde kwaliteitsnormen. Continu verbeteren stimuleren en teams inspireren om processen verder te optimaliseren. Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor het signaleren en oplossen van belangrijke kwaliteitsvraagstukken. Product- en procesontwerpen ondersteunen met een sterke focus op betrouwbaarheid. Root cause analyses uitvoeren en leiden, evenals verbeterprogramma's initiëren en begeleiden. Bijdragen aan activiteiten op het gebied van supplier quality management. Met jouw analytisch vermogen en samenwerkingsgerichte instelling ben je een betrouwbare sparringpartner bij het oplossen van problemen en het optimaliseren van processen. Een afgeronde bachelor- of masteropleiding in Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde, Industrial Engineering, Toegepaste Natuurkunde of een vergelijkbare technische richting. Minimaal 6 jaar ervaring als Quality Engineer, bij voorkeur binnen een omgeving met PCB(A)'s en digitale analyses. Grondige kennis van kwaliteits- en probleemoplossingsmethodieken, zoals 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA, JIRA en Power BI. Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving. Een achtergrond in elektronica is een sterke pré.
