Wat ga je doen?

Als industrieel elektricien ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het elektrisch in topconditie houden van de geautomatiseerde verwerkings- en productielijnen. Je voert geplande elektrische inspecties uit en grijpt kordaat in bij acute pannes aan borden, bekabeling, sensoren en sturingskasten.

Aan de hand van elektrische schema's opspoor je storingen (inclusief het uitlezen van PLC-sturingen) en voer je duurzame herstellingen uit om stilstand op de vloer te vermijden. Je bouwt actief mee aan modificatie- en uitbreidingsprojecten: je sluit nieuwe borden en kabels aan en regelt installaties haarscherp af. Je leeft de geldende veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften (zoals BA4/BA5 en HACCP) strikt na en stemt af met je collega-technici en de productieleiding. Afhankelijk van het exacte afdelingsrooster werk je in een stabiel 2-ploegenstelsel of dagregime.

Voor deze functie beschik je over een technisch diploma in Industriële Elektriciteit, Elektrotechniek of Elektromechanica, al kom je met gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring eveneens in aanmerking. Dankzij jouw grondige vakkennis van elektrische installaties, kastenbouw en het doeltreffend opsporen van elektrische storingen weet je problemen snel op te lossen, waarbij een basiskennis van PLC-sturingen of frequentie-omvormers als een sterke plus geldt. Je leest en interpreteert moeiteloos elektrische schema’s en plannen om nauwkeurig te werk te gaan. In de praktijk handel je altijd kwaliteitsbewust, bewaar je de nodige precisie en stel je veiligheid op de werkvloer te allen tijde voorop. Tot slot communiceer je helder in het Nederlands, wat zorgt voor een vlotte en correcte afstemming met je collega-techniekers en de afdelingsleiding.
