Je komt terecht bij een familiale KMO met meer dan 40 jaar ervaring in elektrotechniek. Doorheen de jaren groeide de onderneming uit tot een betrouwbare technische partner die projecten van A tot Z realiseert.

Hier draait het om doordacht maatwerk en kwalitatieve elektrische installaties. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen, binnen tertiaire, industriële én residentiële omgevingen. Elke werf brengt nieuwe uitdagingen met zich mee en net dat maakt je job zo interessant.

Met een team van ongeveer 20 enthousiaste collega's heerst er een persoonlijke en collegiale sfeer. Iedereen kent elkaar, de communicatielijnen zijn kort en je kan rekenen op collega's wanneer je ondersteuning nodig hebt. Tegelijk krijg je voldoende vrijheid om zelfstandig je werk te organiseren.

En er is meer dan alleen technische variatie. Ook jouw persoonlijke groei krijgt aandacht. Via een individueel groeitraject wordt gekeken naar jouw talenten en ambities. Wil je op termijn meer verantwoordelijkheid? Dan liggen er mogelijkheden om door te groeien richting werf- of projectleider.

Als Elektricien werk je mee aan de realisatie van uiteenlopende elektrische installaties. Je combineert zelfstandig werk met samenwerking op grotere werven en krijgt de kans om jouw technische kennis voortdurend verder aan te scherpen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Een sterke installatie begint bij een nauwkeurige uitvoering! Jij plaatst en installeert uiteenlopende elektrische installaties met oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en een verzorgde afwerking
  • Je werkt mee aan innovatieve en technisch uitdagende projecten en vertaalt technische plannen naar een correcte uitvoering op de werf
  • Je werkt zelfstandig waar mogelijk en ondersteunt collega's bij grotere of complexere projecten
  • Een technisch probleem? Jij denkt in oplossingen! Je spoort fouten en storingen op en zorgt voor een efficiënte aanpak
  • Je denkt actief mee over de voorbereiding en uitvoering van projecten en helpt mee zorgen voor een vlotte oplevering
  • Door de variatie aan projecten krijg je voortdurend de kans om nieuwe technieken te ontdekken en je technische skills verder uit te bouwen
  • Je hebt ervaring als elektricien, wat een sterke troef is, maar ook gemotiveerde kandidaten met minder ervaring krijgen hier de kans om te groeien
  • Bij voorkeur genoot je een technisch diploma, bij voorkeur met een elektrische achtergrond, en hebt een sterke interesse in elektrotechniek
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen of bent voldoende technisch aangelegd om dit snel onder de knie te krijgen
  • Vlotte Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van de veiligheidsvoorschriften en bent bereid om zowel zelfstandig als in team te werken
