Van Hove Elektro is volop aan het groeien. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde elektricien die mee wil groeien met ons bedrijf.

Ben jij iemand met een echte passie voor elektriciteit, die graag zelfstandig werkt en voldoening haalt uit mooi, proper en kwalitatief werk? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou.

Bij Van Hove Elektro krijg je vertrouwen, vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Maar daar hoort ook iets bij: we verwachten dat je je job serieus neemt en trots bent op wat je aflevert.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken niet zomaar iemand die een job zoekt. We zijn op zoek naar iemand die echt gemotiveerd is om te werken en zichzelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Je hoeft zeker nog niet alles te kunnen. Iedereen moet blijven leren en groeien. Wat voor ons wél belangrijk is, is dat je al een goede basis en voldoende ervaring hebt om zelfstandig op een werf te kunnen werken.

Je bent iemand die:

  • Een sterke interesse en passie heeft voor elektriciteit
  • Gemotiveerd is en graag vooruit wil
  • Al enige ervaring heeft als elektricien
  • Zelfstandig kan werken en verantwoordelijkheid neemt
  • Ordelijk, nauwkeurig en zeer precies te werk gaat
  • Zelf oplossingen kan zoeken en initiatief durft nemen
  • Bereid is om bij te leren en zichzelf te verbeteren
  • Zorg draagt voor materiaal en de werkplek netjes achterlaat
  • Trots is op zijn werk en geen half werk aflevert
  • In het bezit is van een rijbewijs B

Voor ons is het heel belangrijk dat elk werk dat je aflevert, iets is waar je zelf trots op kunt zijn. We zoeken iemand die niet denkt: "Het werkt, dus het is goed genoeg." Maar iemand die denkt: "Dit is proper afgewerkt en ik zou dit met trots aan de klant laten zien."

Veel vrijheid, maar ook verantwoordelijkheid

Je krijgt bij Van Hove Elektro veel vertrouwen en zelfstandigheid.

Je beschikt over je eigen camionette en gaat zelfstandig naar de verschillende werven. Je krijgt de vrijheid om je werk te doen, maar daar staat ook verantwoordelijkheid tegenover.

We zoeken dus iemand die niet constant moet horen wat er moet gebeuren, maar iemand die zelf ziet wat er moet gebeuren en ermee aan de slag gaat.

Je werkt van 7u30 tot 15u30, altijd te vertrekken vanuit Schilde.
