The posting

Werk je graag met je handen en krijg je energie van technische uitdagingen? Als industrieel elektricien werk je aan verschillende projecten in en rond de haven van Oostende. De ene dag installeer je elektrische systemen, de andere dag los je een storing op of werk je aan toegangscontrole. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid in je job, maar ook de ondersteuning om je kennis verder uit te bouwen.

Wat ga je doen? Je werkt mee aan technische projecten vanuit de werkplaats of op locatie. Daarbij krijg je een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin je jouw elektrische kennis volop kan gebruiken.

  • Je installeert, onderhoudt en herstelt elektrische installaties volgens technische plannen.
  • Je leest elektrische schema’s en gebruikt die om installaties correct aan te sluiten en storingen op te lossen.
  • Je plaatst en onderhoudt toegangscontrolesystemen en helpt mee met data- en telefoniesystemen.
  • Je werkt samen met collega’s aan verschillende technische projecten en springt bij waar jouw kennis nodig is.
  • Je controleert je werk zorgvuldig en zorgt ervoor dat elke installatie veilig en kwalitatief wordt opgeleverd.

Waar ga je werken? Je werkt in een technische omgeving waar geen dag helemaal hetzelfde is. Je collega's delen hun kennis en helpen je vooruit wanneer dat nodig is. Door de combinatie van werkplaats en projecten op locatie leer je verschillende installaties en technieken kennen. Je komt terecht in een organisatie die sterk inzet op duurzaamheid, veiligheid en de verdere ontwikkeling van de haven. De grootste troef van deze job? Je krijgt de kans om jouw technische ervaring om te zetten in een veelzijdige functie waarin je stap voor stap meer kennis en verantwoordelijkheid kan opbouwen. Je hoeft nog niet alles te kennen. Jouw technische basis, leergierigheid en zin om nieuwe technieken te ontdekken zijn belangrijker.

  • Je hebt een A2-diploma elektriciteit of elektromechanica, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je kan elektrische schema’s lezen en toepassen en hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring met industriële elektriciteit.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt logisch na bij technische problemen en zoekt graag naar een oplossing.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar haalt ook voldoening uit samenwerken met collega's.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B en staat open om extra attesten zoals VCA, BA4 of heftruck via de werkgever te behalen.
