Jobomschrijving

Als industrieel verhuizer - Elektricien en rigger sta je in voor de afbouw van industriële installaties en heropbouw op verplaatsing.

Een industrieel verhuizer – elektricien / rigger die zich bezighoudt met afbouw, verplaatsing en heropbouw van industriële installaties voert een combinatie uit van technische, mechanische, elektrische en logistieke werkzaamheden.

Afbouw van installaties

  • Veilig uitschakelen en spanningsvrij maken van machines en installaties
  • Loskoppelen van elektrische systemen
  • Demonteren van:Machines en productielijnen Transportbanden, motoren, pompen Besturingskasten en kabelgoten

Elektrische werkzaamheden

  • Lezen en interpreteren van elektrische schema’s en tekeningen
  • Testen van:Aarding en isolatie Motoren en aandrijvingen Besturings- en veiligheidssystemen

Hijs- en verplaatsingswerk

  • Verplaatsen van zware of gevoelige machines met:Takels, kranen, heftrucks, hydraulische vijzels, rollen
  • Correct aanslaan en zekeren van lasten
  • Positioneren van machines met millimeterprecisie
  • Werken volgens strikte veiligheidsvoorschriften

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt een goede elektrische kennis en moet openstaan voor mechanische werken.
  • Je hebt minimum 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een stabiel traject.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je een VCA attest en een BA4 of BA5 attest, of staat open om dit te behalen.
  • Je werkt volgens VCA- en AREI-normen
