Het bedrijf werd opgericht in 1819 in Wenen en is uitgegroeid tot een internationale speler in bouw- en infrastructuuroplossingen. Het biedt producten voor de volledige bouwschil, zoals gevelstenen, binnenmuurstenen, dakpannen en kleiklinkers, en voor water- en energiebeheerinfrastructuur zoals leidingsystemen en voorbedrade buizen.

In België beschikt het bedrijf over 17 productielocaties, 18 kleigroeven en 2 showrooms. Samen met bijna 1.500 medewerkers leveren ze innovatieve, duurzame en energie-efficiënte oplossingen voor nieuwbouw en renovatie. Bekende merken zoals Terca, Porotherm en Koramic maken deel uit van het assortiment.

Projecten variëren van woningbouw tot grootschalige infrastructuurwerken. Medewerkers werken met hoogwaardige materialen en volgen technische richtlijnen om veilige, betrouwbare en duurzame resultaten te leveren. Daarnaast worden opleidingen en praktische trainingen aangeboden, bijvoorbeeld voor dakdekkers, zodat kennis up-to-date blijft en nieuwe technieken toegepast kunnen worden.

Jobomschrijving

Na een intensieve inwerkperiode word jij verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van de productie-installaties, machines en industriële robots. Jouw takenpakket?

  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit aan de machines en robots om storingen te voorkomen en de productie vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Je detecteert, lokaliseert en verhelpt zelfstandig storingen met behulp van Siemens TIA Portal en Step 7.
  • Je rapporteert regelmatig aan je teamleider over je uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en de voortgang.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en doet verbetervoorstellen in overleg met je leidinggevende.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat installaties en werkplekken na elke interventie steeds netjes achtergelaten worden, volgens de 5S-werkplekorganisatie.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt een passie voor techniek, je behaalde een diploma in een technische richting of hebt ervaring bij voorkeur binnen een industriële omgeving
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je hebt affiniteit met PLC-programma's (Siemens Step 7 , Tia Portal) en frequentieregelaars
  • Je wil werken in de dagshift van 6u54 tot 15u45 en op vrijdag tot 13u
