Das wartet auf Sie:

* Sie betreuen sämtliche technische und sicherheitstechnische Anlagen.

* Sie führen Elektroinstallationen selbstständig durch.

* Sie führen gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Kontrollen, Überprüfungen bzw. Wartungen (z.B. Lüftung, Notbeleuchtung, elektrischen Anlagen, Sprinkler...) durch.

* Sie verwalten mechanische bzw. elektronische Zutrittssysteme (Schlüsselverwaltung bzw. Abwicklung bei Verlust...).

Und das bringen Sie mit:

* Abgeschlossene, einschlägige Ausbildung z.B. abgeschlossene Lehre oder Fachschule in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik oder Anlagentechnik

* Kenntnisse in EIB-Programmierung, AutoCad von Vorteil

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse in Word, Excel, Outlook

* Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität

* Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Offenheit für Neuerungen und Interesse an Fortbildungen

* Eigenverantwortliches und eigeninitiatives Handeln

* Führerschein B

* Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache auf C2-Niveau des Gemeinsamen Europäischen Referenzrahmens für Sprachen
