Voor onze klant, Ciner Glass Belgium, een innovatieve en ultramoderne glasproducent, zoeken we een enthousiaste Elektrisch Technieker. In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en de optimale werking van onze elektrische en elektronische systemen. Je zorgt ervoor dat productie- en nutsinstallaties voortdurend draaien met maximale efficiëntie, stelt storingen vast, voert onderhoud uit en draagt bij aan verbeteringen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Algemene taken:

  • Uitvoeren van correctieve, curatieve en preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
  • Coördineren van onderhoudsactiviteiten die stilstand vereisen.
  • Montage, demontage, revisies en aanpassingen aan machines verzorgen.
  • Werkinstructies lezen, interpreteren, opvolgen en opstellen.
  • Systematisch registreren en rapporteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
  • Samenwerken volgens bedrijfsrichtlijnen met computersystemen en machinebesturingen.
  • Assisteren bij de voorbereiding van projecten en het doornemen van instructies.
  • Actief kennis delen en collega's trainen.
  • Bijdragen aan continue verbeterprocessen en efficiëntieprojecten.

Utilities-afdeling:

  • Onderhoud uitvoeren op laag- en middenspanningsinstallaties, transformatoren en generatoren.
  • Motoronderhoud van rolbruggen en zorgen voor optimale werking van ventilatoren en branddetectiesystemen.

Productie:

  • Uitvoeren van elektrisch onderhoud aan productie-installaties, inclusief werkzaamheden in elektriciteitskasten.
  • Aansluiten en vervangen van sensoren en het aansluiten/afkoppelen van motoren.
  • Diploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur elektrotechnieken.
  • Gedegen kennis van elektrische systemen en basisvaardigheden met elektrische meettoestellen (bijv. multimeter).
  • Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring in een onderhoudsfunctie, idealiter binnen een industriële omgeving.
  • Expertise in het vaststellen en oplossen van technische storingen en repareren van industriële machines.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden om effectief samen te werken met interne en externe teams.
  • In staat om zelfstandig te werken, maar ook samen met diverse afdelingen.
