Als Elektrisch Technieker bij Ciner Glass in Lommel ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud, alsook het bijdragen aan structurele verbeteringen door samen te werken met diverse teams. Met jouw expertise in elektrische systemen los je storingen op, voer je inspecties uit en waak je over veiligheid en efficiëntie. Je werkt als Elektrisch Technieker binnen productie aan de productieinstallaties of binnen de utilities afdeling aan low & medium voltage (laagspanning en middenspanning) installaties, en dit in een 6 ploegensysteem (Lees verder voor meer informatie).

Als technieker zal je in het begin een algemeen technische/verdiepende opleiding aangeboden krijgen, om naast de technieken en installaties bij ons, ook te ontdekken wat de verschillende stappen in het productieproces zijn. Daarna zal je doorstromen naar functiespecifieke trainingen in een rol die het best past bij jouw talenten en zal je een rol kunnen spelen in de implementatie van de productieinstallaties, alsook het ondersteunen van onze ingenieurs. Na de opleidingsperiode in dagdienst, word je tewerkgesteld in je definitieve werkrooster.

Verantwoordelijkheden & Belangrijkste Taken Heb jij een passie voor techniek en zoek je een uitdagende job in ploegen? Als Electrical Technieker zorg je voor het onderhoud en de optimale werking van onze machines en installaties op vlak van productie of utilities (nutsvoorzieningen). Je lost storingen op, voert inspecties uit en werkt samen met collega’s om processen soepel te laten verlopen. Daarnaast draag je bij aan verbeteringen en houd je je aan de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.

  • Uitvoeren van correctieve, curatieve en preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden
  • Melden en coördineren van onderhoudsactiviteiten die stilstand vereisen
  • Uitvoeren van montage, demontage, revisies en aanpassingen aan machines en installaties
  • Lezen, interpreteren en opvolgen van werkinstructies, alsook het opstellen ervan
  • Registreren en onderhouden van de werkzaamheden in systemen, registers en rapportages
  • Werken met computersystemen en machinebesturing volgens de bedrijfsregels
  • Uitvoeren van voorbereidende werkzaamheden zoals het doornemen van projecten en instructies
  • Correct overdragen van de werkzaamheden
  • Kennis delen en trainen van collega’s
  • Bijdragen aan continue verbeteringsprocessen en efficiëntieprojecten
  • Utilities
  • Uitvoeren van correctief en preventief onderhoud uit op laag- en middenspanningsinstallaties, tranformatoren en generatoren
  • Instaan voor het motoronderhoud van de rolbruggen en verantwoordelijk voor een optimale werking van onze ventilatoren en het branddetectie systeem
  • Productie
  • Uitvoeren van correctief en preventief onderhoud aan productieinstallaties op elektrisch vlak, al dan niet door werken uit te voeren in de elektriciteitskasten
  • Je vervangt en sluit sensoren aan en koppelt motors af en aan.
  • Een diploma in een technische richting (met specialisatie elektrotechnieken)
  • Je bent elektrisch sterk
  • Basiskennis van elektrische meettoestellen zoals bv. multimeter
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in een onderhouds- of technische ondersteuningsfunctie, idealiter binnen een productie- of industriële omgeving
  • Sterke elektrische en/of elektronische kennis, met expertise in het vaststellen en oplossen van problemen en repareren van industriële machines
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden om effectief te communiceren met teamleden, afdelingshoofden en externe leveranciers
  • Het vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als samen te werken met andere afdelingen en teams
