Als elektro- en industriële automatiseringsengineer werk je binnen een industriële productieomgeving in Tilburg aan de samenhang tussen elektrotechniek en machinebesturing. Je richt je op betrouwbare installaties, overzichtelijke besturingslogica en veilige elektrische systemen. Daarbij verbind je signalen van sensoren, aandrijvingen en veldcomponenten met de werking van PLC- en HMI-software. Je kijkt niet alleen naar afzonderlijke componenten, maar ook naar hun invloed op het productieproces en de onderhoudbaarheid van installaties. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je engineering af met testen, storingsanalyse en technische afstemming. Je bespreekt aanpassingen met onderhoudstechnici, operators en andere engineers en vertaalt praktijkervaring naar bruikbare verbeteringen. Door elektroschema’s, software en procesgedrag naast elkaar te leggen, verdiep je je kennis van industriële besturingen. Zo ontwikkel je je verder op het snijvlak van elektrotechniek, automatisering en productie. Functie-inhoud - Uitwerken en aanpassen van elektrische schema’s en technische documentatie - Ontwikkelen en verbeteren van PLC-logica en HMI-bediening - Analyseren van storingen in besturingen, signalen en elektrische componenten - Testen van I/O, beveiligingen en de functionele werking van installaties - Afstemmen van technische wijzigingen met productie en onderhoud - Vastleggen van softwarewijzigingen, testresultaten en installatiegegevens Functie-eisen - Technische opleiding in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of een vergelijkbare richting - Praktische kennis van PLC-programmering en HMI-systemen, bijvoorbeeld Siemens TIA Portal - Inzicht in elektroschema’s, sensoren, aandrijvingen en industriële I/O - Basiskennis van industriële netwerken, zoals PROFINET of Modbus - Zorgvuldige werkwijze bij testen, veilig werken en versiebeheer - Vermogen om technische keuzes helder met operators en technici te bespreken Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en € 5.000 (indicatie.
