Wat ga jij doen?

Als (elektro)mechanisch technieker ben jij dé sleutelfiguur in het draaiend houden van onze machines en installaties in de slacht- en verwerkingsafdeling. Je taken zijn afwisselend en praktisch gericht, met focus op mechaniek:

  • Mechanisch onderhoud en herstellingen van transportbanden, kettingen, takels, hydraulische systemen, persluchtleidingen, enz.
  • Herstellen en vervangen van lagers, assen, tandwielen, pompen en andere mechanische onderdelen
  • Monteren, demonteren en afregelen van installaties
  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren volgens schema
  • Oplossen van mechanische storingen in samenwerking met collega-techniekers
  • Beperkte elektrische interventies (bv. motor vervangen of zekering nakijken) behoren ook tot je pakket
  • Meedenken over technische verbeteringen voor betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie
  • Naleven van alle veiligheids-, hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je hebt een opleiding genoten in mechanica, elektromechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Mechanisch werken is echt jouw ding – sleutelen, monteren, afstellen en oplossen
  • Je bent een bekwaam lasser
  • Je hebt een basiskennis elektriciteit (je weet bv. hoe je een motor veilig loskoppelt)
  • Je kan technische plannen en mechanische schema’s lezen
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en weet van aanpakken
  • Je bent flexibel en werkt graag in een productieomgeving waar hygiëne belangrijk is
