Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene elektrische Ausbildung

* handwerkliches Geschick

* Kenntnisse im Lesen von Fertigungszeichnungen und Schaltplänen

* Deutsch mindestens Level B2 zur einwandfreien selbstständigen Arbeit und Kommunikation und Dokumentation

* Basiskenntnisse über Werks- und Hilfsstoffe, Grundkenntnisse der wichtigsten Wicklungsarten

* Führerschein B und Fahrzeug zum Erreichen der Arbeitsstelle

Deine zukünftigen Tätigkeiten

* Montage der Wickelungen großer Turbogeneratoren bis 350 MVA

* Montage, Verlötung und Isolierung der Wicklungen

* Verbinden von Wicklungselementen aus Kupfer mittels Hartlötverfahren

Wir bieten

* Vollzeitbeschäftigung 38,5 Stunden/Woche bei 3-Schicht

* Für diese Position bieten wir eine marktkonforme Entlohnung, das Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung entspricht. Der tatsächliche Einstiegslohn liegt auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (38,5 Std./Woche) bei einem Bruttostundenlohn von € 18,023 + Referenzzuschlag in der Höhe von € 3,244 Brutto/Stunde + 2. Schichtzulage in der Höhe von € 1,187 Brutto/Stunde + 3. Schichtzulage in der Höhe von € 3,832 Brutto/Stunde

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir darauf hin, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestentgelt für diese Position (KV Elektroindustrie, Lohngruppe D bei € 18,023 brutto pro Stunde liegt. Eine Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung über diesen Mindestwert hinaus ist je nach Ihren individuellen Kompetenzen und Vorerfahrungen gegeben.
