The posting

Fitco NV werd opgericht in 1999. Wij hebben diverse gespecialiseerde productieafdelingen voor garens, textiel, vezels, omsnoeringen en spuitgegoten onderdelen. Wij blijven met ons team innoverende oplossingen zoeken en breiden onze activiteiten steeds verder uit. Om ons team te versterken zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een electromecanicien.

Taken :

  • Uitvoeren van periodieke smeringen.
  • Uitvoeren preventief onderhoud.
  • Uitvoeren van opgelegde taken door de Voorman Technische Dienst en deze op de hoogte houden (plaatsen van nieuwe machines, aanpassingen of optimaliseren van bestaande machines, taken om veiligheid te verbeteren, …).
  • Beperkt onderhoud van heftrucks.
  • Uitvoeren van onmiddellijke herstellingen bij uitval van machines.
  • Dagelijks invullen van prestaties en werkorders bijhouden.
  • Onmiddellijke melding doen van ontbrekende wisselstukken.
  • Orde en netheid op de werkplaats en rond de machines waar onderhoud/reparaties gebeurt.
  • Op verzoek van de Voorman Technische Dienst of het Hoofd Technische Dienst, bijscholing en opleiding volgen.
  • De Medewerker Technische Dienst zal - in beurtrol met alle andere werknemers van de onderhoudsdienst – een permanentieweek lopen en 24/24 u ter beschikking staan van het bedrijf.
  • Beheersing van werkzaamheden zoals ISO-procedures, instructies, formulieren, … van toepassing voor het uitoefenen van de job.
  • A2 diploma of graduaat/bachelor
  • Bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring
  • Op de hoogte zijn van de laatste ontwikkelingen op mechanisch en electronisch vlak en bereid zijn deze verder te volgen
  • Schema’s kunnen lezen en deze zelf kunnen tekenen
  • Groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Logisch en technisch inzicht
  • Bereid om elke 4 tot 5 weken een week permanentie te lopen van maandag tm zondag 24/24 uur
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in team kunnen werken
  • Kan bij hoogdringendheid gemakkelijk van de ene taak op de andere overschakelen
  • Leeft de veiligheidsvoorschriften en huisregels stipt na
  • Bezit een rijbewijs en eigen voertuig
  • Woont binnen een straal van 15 km
