Voor onze klant, gespecialiseerd in metaalconstructies, mechanisch onderhoud en technische ondersteuning voor de industrie, is op zoek naar een elektromechanieker 2 ploegen.

Wat ga je doen?

Jouw functie

Als (elektro)mechanieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de herstelling en de optimalisatie van industriële machines en installaties bij klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat productiestilstanden tot een minimum beperkt blijven en werkt steeds met de ondersteuning van het technisch studiebureau va onze klant in Deinze.Loop je tijdens een interventie tegen een technisch vraagstuk aan of ontbreken er onderdelen of extra ondersteuning? Dan kan je steeds rekenen op de expertise van het studiebureau in Deinze..

Jouw taken

  • Uitvoeren van mechanisch en elektrisch onderhoud aan industriële machines en installaties.
  • Storingen analyseren, opsporen en efficiënt oplossen.
  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren volgens de vooropgestelde onderhoudsplanning.
  • Mechanische herstellingen uitvoeren en onderdelen vervangen, zoals lagers, tandwielen, motoren, pompen en kettingen.
  • Elektrische depannages uitvoeren (indien je over de nodige elektrische kennis beschikt).
  • Meedenken over technische verbeteringen om de betrouwbaarheid van de installaties te verhogen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een diploma elektromechanica, mechanica of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding, of je beschikt over relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt kennis van mechanica en bij voorkeur ook van pneumatica, hydraulica en elektromechanica. Heb je nog niet alle kennis? Dan ben je gemotiveerd om bij te leren.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met mechanische componenten zoals lagers, pompen, assen, kettingen, pneumatische en hydraulische systemen.
  • Elektrische kennis is een mooie troef (elektrische schema's lezen en basis storingsanalyse).
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je werkt graag op verschillende klantlocaties en bent flexibel.
  • Je spreekt goed tot zeer goed Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een plus.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
