Functieomschrijving

Als elektromechanieker werk je in een productieomgeving waar techniek centraal staat.

Je staat in voor onderhoud en herstellingen van machines zoals drukpersen en bijhorende installaties.

Je job is een combinatie van mechanisch en elektrisch werk.

Je zoekt storingen, lost ze op en denkt mee over verbeteringen.

Wat je zoal doet:

  • Preventief en curatief onderhoud uitvoeren
  • Storingen opsporen en oplossen (mechanisch en elektrisch)
  • Werken aan drukpersen en randapparatuur
  • Diagnoses stellen en registreren in het systeem
  • Meewerken aan optimalisaties en verbeterprojecten
  • Lezen van schema’s en werken met PLC, hydraulica en pneumatica

Je werkt in een 3-ploegenstelsel en zit dicht op de productie.

Je moet technisch sterk zijn en ervaring hebben.

  • Ruime ervaring als elektromechanieker
  • Ervaring in industrieel onderhoud is een must
  • Sterke mechanische kennis (ongeveer 70%) + elektrische basis
  • Kennis van PLC, hydraulica en pneumatica
  • Schema’s kunnen lezen en interpreteren
  • Probleemoplossend en zelfstandig
  • Rijbewijs B
  • Goede kennis Nederlands
  • Bereid om in 3 ploegen te werken
