Ben jij technisch sterk en hou je van afwisseling? Als Elektromechanieker bij TMS Industrial Services werk je aan uitdagende projecten bij industriële klanten in de regio Alken. Geen korte interventies op telkens wisselende locaties, maar projecten van langere duur waarbij je de installaties en productieomgeving écht leert kennen.

Samen met de technische teams ter plaatse zorg je ervoor dat machines betrouwbaar blijven draaien. Je voorkomt problemen, spoort storingen op en denkt mee over verbeteringen. Dankzij jouw vakkennis worden stilstanden beperkt en kan de productie snel en veilig worden hervat.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Preventief en curatief onderhoud uitvoeren aan industriële installaties en productiemachines.
  • Elektrische, mechanische, pneumatische en hydraulische storingen opsporen en duurzaam oplossen.
  • Inspecties, controles en testrondes uitvoeren om mogelijke problemen vroegtijdig te detecteren.
  • Technische diagnoses stellen bij machine-uitval en bepalen welke onderdelen hersteld of vervangen moeten worden.
  • Motoren, lagers, aandrijvingen, sensoren en andere machineonderdelen reviseren, vervangen en uitlijnen.
  • Machines en productielijnen correct afstellen en parameters zoals snelheid, toerental en procesinstellingen optimaliseren.
  • Technische verbeteringen voorstellen die installaties betrouwbaarder maken en ongeplande stilstanden beperken.
  • Overleggen met de productie- en onderhoudsteams van de klant.
  • Waken over een veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.
  • Ben jij een Junior profiel, dan beschik je over bachelor diploma
  • Indien geen Bachelor, 2-5 jaar ervaring
  • Een goede kennis van elektriciteit en mechanica.
  • Je kan technische storingen analyseren en oplossingsgericht werken.
  • Je leest vlot technische plannen en schema's.
  • Zéker saferty first! Je werkt veilig en nauwkeurig.
