Voor een gevestigde waarde in de voedingsindustrie zijn we op zoek naar een elektromechanieker die klaar is om zijn kennen en kunnen in te zetten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van de diverse machines en installaties. In dit moderne machinepark staat nauwkeurigheid, efficiëntie en hygiëne centraal.

Je komt terecht in familiebedrijf met korte communicatielijnen. Ze blijven steeds investeren in nieuwe technologieën en machines om zo veilig en efficiënt te werken.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Uitvoeren van onderhoud en herstellingen aan snijmachines, transportbanden, verpakkingslijnen en portioneerinstallaties
  • Opsporen en verhelpen van mechanische en elektrische storingen
  • Vervangen en herstellen van onderdelen, waaronder lagers, motoren, sensoren, messen en aandrijfsystemen
  • Afstellen en optimaliseren van machines met het oog op een vlotte productie en een constante productkwaliteit
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud volgens de vooropgestelde planning
  • Bijdragen aan technische verbeteringen om het rendement en de betrouwbaarheid van installaties te verhogen
  • Samenwerken met collega-techniekers en productiepersoneel om een efficiënte werking te garanderen
  • Naleven van de geldende veiligheids-, hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften (HACCP)
  • Je hebt een diploma mechanica, elektromechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je kan technische plannen en schema’s lezen en interpreteren
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands in kader van veiligheidsvoorschriften
