The posting

In dit atelier werk je niet aan een lopende band met elke dag dezelfde handeling. Je bouwt mee aan grote landbouw- en groenmachines en ziet jouw werk letterlijk uitgroeien tot een afgewerkte machine. De ene dag sta je aan de lastafel, de volgende dag monteer je onderdelen of verzorg je de elektrische bekabeling. Je krijgt de kans om verschillende technische vaardigheden te leren en verder uit te bouwen binnen een klein en hecht team waar vakmanschap nog echt centraal staat.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je last onderdelen met halfautomaat en bouwt verschillende constructies samen
  • Je monteert en installeert mechanische onderdelen en machinecomponenten
  • Je verzorgt de elektrische bekabeling van machines en onderdelen en je voert waar nodig eenvoudige werkzaamheden uit rond pneumatica
  • Je gebruikt een rolbrug om zware onderdelen veilig te verplaatsen, monteren of demonteren en je gebruikt een heftruck om onderdelen uit de productie of van de koer te halen
  • Je werkt zowel aan nieuwe machines als aan oudere machines waarbij technisch inzicht extra belangrijk is

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een kleinschalig productieatelier waar machines nog grotendeels van A tot Z worden opgebouwd. Van het laswerk en de mechanische montage tot de elektrische bekabeling en de afwerking: veel gebeurt gewoon in eigen huis. Het resultaat daarvan zie je elke dag voor je. Je werkt mee aan grote grasmaaiers, landbouwmachines en andere gespecialiseerde machines die hun weg vinden naar klanten in heel Europa. Intussen worden de machines zelfs buiten Europa ingezet en zijn er internationale projecten in opbouw. De sfeer is praktisch en no-nonsense. Er is geen ingewikkelde structuur en je leert vooral door mee te werken, vragen te stellen en ervaring op te doen naast collega's die het vak kennen. Wie initiatief toont en graag bijleert, krijgt hier de ruimte om steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

  • Je hebt een technische basiskennis van mechanica en/of elektriciteit, kennis van pneumatica is mooi meegenomen
  • Je kan halfautomaat lassen of hebt hier al een eerste ervaring mee en je hebt technisch inzicht en bent niet bang om zelf op zoek te gaan naar een oplossing
  • Ervaring met een heftruck of rolbrug is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste
