Als elektromechanieker in de vaste nacht ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen een moderne productieomgeving waar het machinepark continu moet blijven draaien. Je staat in voor het opsporen en oplossen van elektrische, mechanische en elektromechanische storingen en zorgt ervoor dat stilstanden zo snel mogelijk worden opgelost. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en zelfstandige aanpak krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en zie je meteen het resultaat van je werk op de productievloer. Je komt terecht in een stabiele omgeving met een sterk technisch team, waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit aan industriële machines en installaties
  • Je spoort elektrische, mechanische en elektromechanische storingen op en zorgt voor een snelle en duurzame oplossing
  • Je analyseert technische problemen en gaat gericht op zoek naar de onderliggende oorzaak
  • Je grijpt in bij machine- en productiestilstanden zodat de productie zo snel mogelijk kan worden hervat
  • Je controleert machines en installaties en merkt mogelijke technische problemen proactief op
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen en optimalisaties van het machinepark
  • Je werkt nauw samen met operatoren en collega's om storingen en productieverlies tot een minimum te beperken
  • Je registreert uitgevoerde interventies en zorgt voor een goede overdracht van technische informatie aan collega's
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat onderhoud en herstellingen veilig en volgens de geldende kwaliteitsprocedures worden uitgevoerd
  • Je werkt zelfstandig tijdens de nacht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor een goede technische werking van de productie

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving die deel uitmaakt van een internationaal actief bedrijf binnen de kunststofindustrie. Het productieproces draait continu en vraagt daarom een sterk technisch team dat snel en efficiënt kan ingrijpen wanneer er zich een storing voordoet. Als elektromechanieker werk je nauw samen met operatoren en andere techniekers en krijg je tijdens de nacht een belangrijke verantwoordelijkheid binnen de technische werking van de site. Er wordt geïnvesteerd in een modern machinepark, veiligheid en de verdere ontwikkeling van medewerkers. Je komt terecht in een stabiele omgeving waar technische kennis wordt gewaardeerd en waar je de ruimte krijgt om zelfstandig te werken en jezelf verder te specialiseren.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd, bij voorkeur elektromechanica, elektriciteit of industriële onderhoudstechnieken
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van zowel elektriciteit als mechanica en je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met industriële machines en het opsporen van technische storingen
  • Je kunt technische problemen zelfstandig analyseren en doelgericht oplossen
