Functie

Voor een detacheringsbedrijf, gespecialiseerd in technisch onderhoud aan industriële installaties, zijn we op zoek naar een elektromechanieker in dagdienst voor een klant in Turnhout.

Je takenpakket als elektromechanieker:

  • Het uitvoeren van het mechanisch en elektrisch onderhoud aan industriële installaties
  • De controlerondes en testrondes zodat de productiemachines continu kunnen blijven draaien
  • Het zo snel mogelijk verhelpen van het probleem volgens de nodige veiligheidsprocedures, planning- en productieprocessen
  • De revisie van de nodige onderdelen (motoren, pompen, transportbanden, lagers, dichtingen, sensoren, relais,…)
  • Het vervangen, eventueel herstellen en uitlijnen van de nodige wisselstukken
  • Het afstellen van machine onderdelen en parameters (uitlijnen, balanceren, instellingen wijzigen, productiesnelheid,…)
  • Demontage/montage en herstellen van kleine constructies

Profiel

Jij bent de ideale kandidaat voor deze job, want...

  • Je hebt minimaal een A2 diploma elektromechanica, mechanica of elektriciteit en/of ervaring als elektromekanieker in een industriële productieomgeving
  • Je bent sterk in het analyseren en oplossen van problemen op elektrisch vlak (sensoren, bekabelen machines, transportbanden, elektrische kasten, relais,…)
  • Je hebt ervaring in het herkennen en herstellen van componenten op mechanisch gebied (smeren, tandwielkasten, dichtingen, lagers, boutverbindingen, pompen, motoren,…)
  • Je bent een stressbestendige probleemoplosser en hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Je hebt aandacht voor veiligheid, planning & productieprocessen
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Pluspunten:
  • VCA attest, heftruckattest, hoogtewerker, rolbrug
  • Kennis PLC sturing (uitlezen van in- en uitgangen, resets uitvoeren, basis programmatie)
  • Schemalezen (elektrisch en mechanisch)
