Wat ga je doen? Ben jij een ervaren elektromechanisch ingenieur die graag impact heeft op machines en productieprocessen? Als Experienced Electromechanical Engineer zorg je voor verbeteringen aan bestaande installaties, optimaliseer je productieflows en werk je mee aan nieuwe technische oplossingen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Analyse van bestaande machines om verbeterkansen te vinden rond ontwerp, assemblage, prestaties, betrouwbaarheid en kostenefficiëntie;
  • Implementatie van technische verbeteringen in nauwe samenwerking met Engineering en Productie;
  • Ontwikkeling van nieuwe oplossingen waarbij bestaande concepten en werkmethodes kritisch worden uitgedaagd;
  • Standaardisatie van onderdelen en componenten om productie, montage, aankoop en stockbeheer eenvoudiger te maken;
  • Actieve aanwezigheid op de werkvloer om technische problemen te detecteren, oorzaken te bepalen en structurele oplossingen te realiseren;
  • Begeleiding van de overgang van engineering naar productie, zodat klantorders vlot en correct worden omgezet;
  • Optimalisatie van kwaliteit, veiligheid, workflow en rendabiliteit doorheen het volledige productieproces;
  • Samenwerking met engineeringteams in zowel België als Tsjechië, waarbij je projecten van analyse tot opvolging beheert.

Wie ben jij?

  • Diploma industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur (bij voorkeur elektromechanica) met minstens 10 jaar ervaring in machinebouw of een gelijkaardige industriële omgeving;
  • Sterke ownership en zelfstandigheid, waarbij je zonder veel sturing initiatieven neemt en verbeteringen realiseert;
  • Hands-on ingesteldheid, met plezier aanwezig op de werkvloer en niet bang voor technische uitdagingen;
  • Natuurlijke drang om verbeteringen te zien en deze om te zetten in concrete, duurzame resultaten;
  • Analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden, gecombineerd met een pragmatische aanpak;
  • Vermogen om bestaande ontwerpen en productieprocessen kritisch te evalueren en te optimaliseren;
  • Ervaring met Creo Parametric (Creo Modeling) om ontwerpen te creëren of aan te passen;
  • Interesse in innovatie, waarbij nieuwe technische en operationele oplossingen je energie geven.
