Als Elektromechanisch Onderhoudstechnieker zorg jij ervoor dat het machinepark optimaal blijft draaien. Bij een storing analyseer je het probleem, zoek je naar de oorzaak en zorg je voor een duurzame oplossing.

Daarbij kijk je verder dan de storing van het moment. Terugkerende problemen worden grondig geanalyseerd en waar mogelijk structureel aangepakt. Samen met productie en automatisatie werk je continu aan een betrouwbaar en performant machinepark.

Jouw taken: - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan machines en installaties. - Technische storingen opsporen, analyseren en efficiënt oplossen. - Onderhoud uitvoeren aan mechanische, elektrische en pneumatische installaties. - Werken met geautomatiseerde en robotgestuurde productielijnen. - Terugkerende storingen onderzoeken en structurele oplossingen voorstellen. - Productiestilstanden zoveel mogelijk beperken. - Ondersteuning bieden bij de installatie en opstart van nieuwe machines en toepassingen. - Meewerken aan technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties. - Onderhoudsrapporten en technische documentatie correct bijhouden. - Nauw samenwerken met operatoren, productie en de Automation Officer.

Affiniteit of ervaring met PLC’s en robotica is een mooie plus.

- Opleidingsvereisten: Een A2-diploma elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

- Vakkennis: Een goede kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en pneumatica.

- Talenkennis: Je kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands.
