The posting

Voor een moderne industriële productieomgeving in regio Aalst zijn we op zoek naar een Elektromechanisch Technieker Onderhoud.

Je komt terecht in een technisch uitdagende productieomgeving met een uitgebreid machinepark dat 24/7 operationeel is. Denk hierbij aan pompen, motoren, reductiekasten, transportinstallaties en diverse roterende machines.

Als technieker maak je deel uit van het onderhoudsteam en speel je een belangrijke rol in het betrouwbaar, veilig en efficiënt functioneren van de productie-installaties. Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket en volop mogelijkheden om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen.

Naast het mechanische luik krijg je ook een basisopleiding elektriciteit. Zo ontwikkel je jezelf verder tot een veelzijdige elektromechanische technieker.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan pompen, motoren, reductiekasten en andere roterende installaties
  • Opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van mechanische storingen
  • Reviseren, herstellen en vervangen van onderdelen en componenten
  • Uitlijnen van aandrijvingen en uitvoeren van technische inspecties
  • Ondersteunen en opvolgen van onderhoudswerken tijdens geplande stilstanden
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's van productie, onderhoud en engineering
  • Actief bijdragen aan veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en continue verbetering van de installaties

Na een grondige opleiding word je opgenomen in een permanentiesysteem.

  • Je hebt een technisch diploma in Mechanica, Elektromechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt interesse in mechanisch onderhoud binnen een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring of kennis van pompen, reductiekasten, lagers en roterend equipment is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en haalt voldoening uit het oplossen van technische problemen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Veiligheid staat voor jou altijd op de eerste plaats.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's en bent een echte teamspeler.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs.
