The posting

Als Elektromechanisch Testtechnieker bouw je mee aan proefopstellingen en zorg je ervoor dat testbanken correct worden geïnstalleerd, onderhouden en bediend. Je werkt nauw samen met test engineers en verschillende afdelingen en krijgt de kans om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen binnen een innovatieve omgeving.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je bouwt proefopstellingen op in samenwerking met de testaanvrager of aan de hand van een werkinstructie.
  • Je installeert proefopstellingen op testbanken en staat in voor het onderhoud ervan.
  • Je bedient testbanken voor transmissies, hybride en volledig elektrische powertrains en onderdelen hiervan.
  • Je voert specifieke testen uit, zelfstandig of samen met een test engineer.
  • Je analyseert testresultaten en rapporteert deze tot op een bepaald technisch niveau.
  • Je voert onderhoud en herstellingen uit aan testbanken, gereedschappen en meetinstrumenten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende technische en ondersteunende afdelingen.
  • Je draagt veiligheid, orde en netheid hoog in het vaandel.
  • Je speelt flexibel in op wijzigingen in planning, producten en workload.
  • Je beschikt over een professionele bachelor elektromechanica of een HBO5-diploma in een relevante technische richting. Ook kandidaten met relevante ervaring komen in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt een goede technische basiskennis van elektromechanica, met sterke interesse in elektriciteit, mechanica en autotechniek.
  • Je beschikt over een basiskennis van metaalbewerking en machinebouw.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van lagers, koppelingen, assen en transmissies.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Orde, netheid en veilig werken zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je kunt vlot overweg met MS Office, waaronder Excel en Outlook.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis Engels.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met of staat open om te werken volgens 5S, housekeeping en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer, maar kunt ook zelfstandig opdrachten uitvoeren.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en kunt goed omgaan met veranderende planningen en prioriteiten.
