Heb je reeds ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker in een productie en zoek jij nu een uitdaging?

Als specialist in duurzame textielverzorging willen wij iedere dag nóg beter worden. Voor onze klanten, onze collega’s en voor het milieu. Al meer dan 100 jaar zijn wij gespecialiseerd in het reinigen en verhuren van hoge kwaliteit textiel. Wij leveren onze diensten aan ziekenhuizen (cure), zorginstellingen (care) en vakantieparken (leisure), zowel in Nederland als in België.

Bij ons krijg je de kans om je te ontwikkelen op het gebied van elektrotechniek, mechaniek, pneumatiek en hydrauliek. Je krijgt daarnaast ook de ruimte om actief mee de denken aan het verbeteren van onze machines.

Wat jij gaat doen:

  • Start energie- en nutsvoorzieningen op en ziet toe op de goede werking.
  • Zet installaties startklaar, stelt vereiste programma’s of parameters in en dit volgens de vereiste veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Staat in voor het preventief onderhoud van het productie gebonden machinepark op basis van de aangegeven onderhoudsschema of checklists en dit om slijtage, pannes of breuken te vermijden.
  • Verricht aanpassingswerken en assisteert bij de installaties van nieuwe machines of technische voorzieningen.
  • Intervenieert bij storingen of defecten aan machines: maakt de eerste diagnose van de storingen of het technisch defect en voert de vereiste herstellingen uit.
  • Zorgt voor aansluiting chemicaliën.
  • Verricht algemene herstellingen (sanitair, verlichting, ontstoppen van leidingen,…).
  • Registreert de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden op werkfiche of in de computer.
  • Voert onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit met naleving van de veiligheidsvoorschriften met betrekking tot eigen fysieke risico’s en tegenover derden.
  • Gebruikt hoogtewerker voor het uitvoeren van bepaalde werkzaamheden.
  • Staat in voor orde en netheid in het atelier en bij interventies aan de werkposten.
  • Ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker in een productieomgeving, of net afgestudeerd
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B
