Deze vacature sluit op 07 oktober 2026 Geef je technische carrière een kickstart met onze betaalde opleiding tot elektromonteur. Als elektromonteur in opleiding verdien je een salaris terwijl je het vak leert van ervaren collega's. En dat doe je in onze eigen bedrijfsschool. Dit betreft een functie voor 40 uur. Jij maakt het net betrouwbaarder bij Alliander. De energietransitie is onmogelijk zonder jou als elektromonteur. Tijdens deze betaalde opleiding leer je stap voor stap hoe je veilig werkt aan het laag- en middenspanningsnet. Eén dag per week volg je theorieles in Harderwijk. De andere dagen ga je aan de slag in onze eigen technische bedrijfsschool, waar je de theorie direct in de praktijk toepast. De praktijkopleiding volg je op één van onze locaties in Duiven, Amsterdam of Leeuwarden. Zo leer je het vak op een manier die duidelijk, praktisch en goed begeleid is. Je volgt de opleiding tot eerste monteur laag- en middenspanningsdistributie. Heb je na 2,5 jaar je diploma behaald? Dan ga je buiten aan de slag en doe je steeds meer ervaring op in het veld. Zo leer je het werk in de praktijk echt goed kennen en groei je stap voor stap verder als monteur. Ook zijn er daarna mogelijkheden om door te groeien, bijvoorbeeld naar uitvoerder of engineer. Het energienet van de toekomst maken we voor iedereen, mét iedereen. Als elektromonteur in opleiding werk jij daar iedere dag aan mee. - Het aanleggen, onderhouden en oplossen van storingen aan het laag- en middenspanningsnet, transformatorstations en openbare verlichting - Het verzwaren of verlichten van aansluitingen in de meterkast - Het draaien van wacht- en storingsdienst, 1 keer in de 5 weken - Het schrijven van verslagen en het volgen van veiligheidstrainingen Wat ga je nou precies doen als elektromonteur bij Liander?
