Je hebt inmiddels de nodige ervaring buiten opgedaan en weet hoe elektrotechnische werkzaamheden in de praktijk verlopen. Nu krijg je de kans om die kennis ook aan de andere kant van het project in te zetten. Je leert hoe je werkzaamheden voorbereidt, materialen organiseert, planningen maakt en ervoor zorgt dat monteurs goed voorbereid aan de slag kunnen. Je begint als Junior Werkvoorbereider en wordt hierin begeleid door ervaren collega's. Je hoeft dus nog geen werkvoorbereider te zijn. Jouw technische achtergrond als elektromonteur is juist de basis waarmee je start. In deze functie houd je je bezig met: - Het voorbereiden van elektrotechnische en beveiligingstechnische projecten; - Het maken en controleren van werkplanningen; - Het bestellen en organiseren van materialen; - Het controleren of materialen op tijd beschikbaar zijn; - Het voorbereiden van werkzaamheden voor monteurs; - Contact onderhouden met monteurs, leveranciers en projectleiders; - Meedenken over technische oplossingen; - Controleren of de voorbereiding aansluit op de praktijk; - Het ondersteunen van de projectleider en werkvoorbereider; - Steeds meer werkzaamheden zelfstandig oppakken. Je leert het vak dus vanuit de praktijk . Omdat je zelf als elektromonteur hebt gewerkt, begrijp je wat er buiten nodig is om een project goed te laten verlopen. Die kennis komt goed van pas in je nieuwe rol. De functie groeit met je mee. Naarmate je meer leert, krijg je meer verantwoordelijkheid en ontwikkel je jezelf verder richting een zelfstandige werkvoorbereider elektrotechniek .
