Als eindcontroleur zorg jij ervoor dat geen enkel verkeerd product de deur uitgaat. Jij checkt of alles functioneert, er netjes uitziet en voldoet aan alle normen en veiligheidsstandaarden. Jouw taken: - Grondig testen van eindproducten, waarbij je zowel gas- als elektrotechnische aspecten controleert en de algehele werking beoordeelt; - Opstellen en nauwkeurig vastleggen van testrapporten voor een compleet overzicht van de productkwaliteit; - Telefonische assistentie verlenen aan klanten bij installatievragen en storingen; - Meedenken over manieren om producten en werkprocessen verder te verbeteren; - Verzorgen van trainingen en opleidingen voor dealers om hen vertrouwd te maken met onze producten; - Incidenteel reizen naar internationale klanten voor servicewerkzaamheden op locatie; - Actief bijdragen aan een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving voor jou en je collega's.
