The posting

Ben jij een echte handy(wo)man en wil je graag een vak leren, met vaste werktijden, dan is deze functie iets voor jou! Je kunt je bij ons laten omscholen tot elektromonteur woningbouw en utiliteitsprojecten. We starten met een 12-daagse basis elektrotechniek cursus.

Daarna ga je in het team meelopen. Na een half jaar meelopen en ‘proeven’ van het vak ga je het opleidingstraject in. Tijdens het leertraject volg je de opleiding op zaterdag dit zal om de week zijn. Een niveau 2 of 3 opleiding realiseer je dan in 2 jaar.

Als technische s​tarter werk je fulltime, vijf dagen per week van 7.00 tot 15.45 uur. Je gaat samen met ervaren monteurs op pad naar diverse projecten. Om de week volg je op zaterdag van 7.30 tot 15.30 uur les op de bedrijfsschool. Dit wordt volledig vergoed. Je krijgt direct een contract bij het bedrijf en uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.

Je start je werkdag met je collega’s op de zaak in Oss. Vervolgens ga je samen op pad om elektrotechnische installaties te plaatsen, testen en onderhouden. Door te leren van ervaren collega’s groei je snel in het vak.
